Mohawk Country Club is a private golf club located in Tiffin, Ohio. Located only ten minutes from the beautiful downtown Tiffin makes it accessible to everyone but far enough to escape the daily busyness. Surrounded by beautiful trees and fields, the golf course simply allows golfers to find peace and fully grasp the enjoyment in completing a round of golf.
Personal Mentorship duties included:
- Assist the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day golf operations.
- Tournament administration (scorecards, scoreboards, scoring, announcements, weekly league assistance, handicap system updates).
- Club repair.
- Golf outing responsibilities.
- Coaching and managing the summer junior program.
- Golf Shop Assistant duties involved: opening, closing, and coverage as needed, selling merchandise, providing the necessary equipment (golf carts, golf clubs, etc.), socialization with the members, new golfer development.

Nick has worked at the country club for almost twelve years and is the owner of the Golf Shop that is located inside the clubhouse. As a supervisor he directly monitored my experience at the club and shared his knowledge for the three month period of my mentorship experience.

- $ 8.55 per hour
- Additional overtime pay
- Volunteer maintenance work on several Mondays
